FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS..

Please note - Dried Flowers are seasonal and the flowers used in our display images may differ slightly from what you receive. We will always do our best to provide you with the closest match to our original design. 


HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  1. Find a product you love & select the colour, size or quantity
  2. Add it to your shopping cart
  3. Complete the simple Checkout process
  4. After you’ve placed an order, wait for your notification email ( don’t forget to check your junk mail) 

That’s it! 

HOW LONG DO YOUR DRIED FLOWERS LAST?

Our dried blooms are long lasting and should last for years if kept out of direct sunlight and in a low humidity, low dust environment. 

HOW DO I LOOK AFTER THEM?

As mentioned above, keep dried flowers out of direct sunlight in low humidity and no water required! That may sound obvious but the dried blooms will last a lot better without water in their pot or vase. 

Our dried flower domes require a light dust from time to time and you can also use glass cleaner and a polishing cloth to keep the glass looking fresh. After purchase you may remove the shipping tape from the sides of the dome but we do not recommend you open  the dome as the flowers may shift and damage. It's also recommended to keep away from small children and pets. 

DRIED FLOWERS SEEM EXPENSIVE - WHY IS THAT? 

Despite what some people might think a lot of work and energy goes into creating dried or preserved flowers that last a long time and maintain their colour and texture as much as possible. As well as this Australian flowers have been greatly impacted by the 2020 bushfires, floods & Covid19. We think our flowers add beauty and value to your home or make a lovely gift and know they will last up to 10 times longer than fresh flowers which means longer to enjoy them!  

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO? 

We ship to NSW, VIC, QLD, TAS & NT. We do not currently ship to WA or SA.

HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR FLOWERS AND OTHER PRODUCTS?

We lovingly gift wrap all our orders in tissue paper and send our flowers and gifts out in sturdy boxes and secure them into place to minimise movement whilst in transit. Some of our extremely delicate items will be packaged in recycled bubble wrap to minimise breakages, however all our other packaging is paper- based and recyclable. 

WHICH SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE? / HOW DO I TRACK AN ITEM? 

We use Australia Post / Sendle. You will receive tracking details upon placing an order, so you can track your parcel at any time. 

We can also hand - deliver some of our custom items within a pre-arranged delivery time slot.  

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERIES?

No, not at this stage sorry.  

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE MY ORDER? 

A lot of our work is made to order so each piece is special and unique. If the required dried flowers are in stock your order will be made up within 1-3 days. If the flowers are not in stock please allow up to 21 days for optimal drying time. Orders are processed straight after they are made up, and once shipped, you'll be sent a shipment confirmation email.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?

Generally between 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Please see above for more information. 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT CAN I USE? 

We offer safe shopping and accept Paypal, VISA, Mastercard, Amex and most other major credit and debit cards through the Paypal Merchant terminal online. 

CAN I INCLUDE A MESSAGE WITH THE FLOWERS WHEN SENDING AS A GIFT?

Yes of course, we have a section within the shopping cart feature that allows you to write a gift message. Please tick the ‘Sending as a Gift’ option and go from there. 

I ORDERED TWO ITEMS BUT ONLY RECEIVED ONE.  WHERE IS THE OTHER ONE?

We often send our dried flower domes separately to other items for safety so if you’ve ordered one of those they will arrive separately to the other things you’ve ordered. Some bouquets are sent out in separate boxes. This ensures they turn up looking fabulous. Your other item won't be far away.

MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED YET, OR MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED - WHAT DO I DO? 

Please contact us via email and we can resolve this as soon as possible - hello@indieflowers.com.au. If your items are damaged or broken, please keep the items and packaging/boxes until you hear back from us (we may require you to provide images).
